These Terms and Conditions are for the supply of goods from us, that’s arelectronics.co.uk which is the trading name of A&R Electronic Developments Ltd, Unit 14 Littleton Business Park, Littleton Drive, Cannock, Staffordshire WS12 4TR England.
All orders are supplied subject to these terms and conditions and are subject to acceptance by us. It is when we deliver the goods to you that we enter into a legally binding contract between us. The processing of your payment and acknowledgement of your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.
The prices shown on the website are the prices that you will pay, occasionally we may make an error and incorrectly price goods, in these circumstances we will be under no obligation to supply at the incorrect price.
We only despatch to you upon receipt of payment. Title of the goods does not pass until payment is received in full. If however a payment is revoked subsequently by the bank we will remain the legal owners of all of the goods supplied. In which case you should hold the goods on our behalf as bailee on a fiduciary basis at your own cost separately and clearly marking them in a way that they can be recognised as our property.
We will attempt to despatch goods promptly however we may only be able to deliver to the address shown on your payment card.
Although many products shown on this website are available in stock we are manufacturers and we try our best to hold sufficient stock for expected sales if however the item is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to advise of the delay giving you the option to wait or cancel the order. We also provide a bespoke product repair service, in this instance we will repair or refurbish your existing product promptly upon receipt of the product from yourselves. In this instance our warranty will be limited to the work we have carried out for you.
We are a UK based company and the goods that we supply are confirmed as being suitable for use in the UK and comply within the UK law. Although many products will be suitable for applications in other countries in particular within Europe you must make your own enquiries as to suitability. All goods are supplied in accordance within the manufacturer’s specifications and are subject to any qualifications, representations or instructions contained within the product.
Delivery, our expected lead time is between 2 and 5 working days. Priority orders maybe subject to a surcharge.
Should you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible and in any instance within 30 days in writing by email or fax. If you are going to return goods you must ask us for a returns reference number before you return any item in order to ensure that any refund can be activated promptly.
If you have any problems with any of the goods that we supply, whether it is a shortage, non-delivery or if goods are damaged or defective upon delivery, let us know as soon as possible but certainly within 30 days and we will make good or refund the goods in question as appropriate. Our liability will be limited to the amount of money that you have paid for the goods but we will not be liable for any other compensation such as loss of business, loss of profits or any costs relating to the goods. You may have limited rights in the event that we have specially made, tailored, or adjusted items for you.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered here under that ids caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
This does not affect your statutory rights if you are a consumer nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
If any part of these conditions is invalid illegal or unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected. This contract and sales shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.
